When to use a pencil to draw eyeliner

Step 1: Choose the right color.

The right eyeliner color can depend on your personal preference. In general, black eyeliner can create a more dramatic look than brown and look a little more neutral and natural. You can also use colored eyeliners, which have an exciting look and are easy to use.

Step 2: Preparing the eyelid and using the primer
