Therefore, if you do not know how to use the license correctly, do not use it in any way and ask for support from consultants; Any trial and error, transferring, erasing the license, using the license on another device, etc., is considered a violation, and if the license is automatically deactivated from the system, the academy is not responsible for the purchased course and the deactivated license.
Note: Due to the integration of the online platform, in the event of an error by the user, it is not possible to recover information and reactivate it.
-Limited access to the content of online courses
Keep in mind that when using the content of the online courses of the 13th Academy, depending on the course field, course level, etc., some of the content may be inaccessible, and the only way to access them is to pass the prerequisite steps (such as: online test, presentation online, viewing a certain time of the course, etc.). Also, due to the integrated platform of online courses, there is no possibility of personal access to information, so do not ask for support regarding content access restrictions.
The limitations of the courses purchased in installments can be removed only if the account is settled on the due date and there are no prerequisites in the course. To speed up the process, it is better to announce your payment from the support ticket section after paying the installment. In general, the process of removing restrictions is done for installment periods of less than 48 hours.
